Question: Why do you think the brown splotches on plants leaves are important?

We-e-ell, it could mean that my plants either have some disease or are not getting the correct nutrients to grow properly. Its important for me to solve this as it took more than 1 year to get the experiment to this stage and I really really need to get seed from these plants so that I can grow seeds of plants that I identify as having interesting mutations. So I had them sprayed to kill a fungus that was growing on them on friday and hopefully we’ll give them some food tomorrow and its not too late….
