There’s no particular style, I’ve got the kind of taste that gets called “eclectic”. The last music I bought was the album Bowmboi by Rokia Traore and the last song I looked up on Spotify was “Dangerous Nan McGrew” by Helen Kane. I love Spotify.

In “things that begin with a B”, I like Bach, Borodin, the Beatles, the Bangles, the Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band, brass bands, barbershop, britpop, Billie Holiday, the Broken Family Band, and Beyonce.

The style of music I like, is GOOD music 🙂 That covers all sorts of good music, though admittedly the stuff I choose to listen to the most is elecontroinca, metal (proper stuff, none of this emo stuff, no offence to any emos), and bluesy/older folksy/rock stuff I guess. Anything with a good groove! Can’t beat a good bit of dubstep, sunny days REQUIRE reggae, etc, etc. Depends on my mood.

I normally like quite chilled music – I like my husband’s collection – Genesis, ballboy, Altan, the Pogues, I occasionally like the Pixies (depending on what mood I’m in), Leonard Cohen, Arcade fire
