      Is this a typo from the last question? I said air… but my friend has pointed out that my clothes are around my body lol. Thankfully.

      I find it amazing that all organisms have some sort of covering around their tissues to protect them, and keep water in. In humans the skin is made up of special cells that have a lot of tough, water repellent molecules. It is a really specialised and important organ! Plants also have a skin that is waxy to keep water in, bugs out and protect the plants from uv.
