It is hard to say, no has done so yet. The best we have done yet is walk on the moon. There are some problems with space travel, such as: cosmic rays, oxygen & food supplies, muscle wasting due to low gravity and speed, that we would have to solve first.

Well, if you could design a spaceship to carry you, and the planet was such that when you got there you wouldn’t be instantly killed, then yeah, they could. It’s quite possible to get to Mars, I think it’s something like an 18 month journey to get to Mars when the planets are aligned properly… so so long as that person had an oxygen mask and enough food to last them, they’d be fine! We should do it. It would be awesome! But Obama cancelled the program 🙁 For good reasons maybe.

Mars is the obvious choice, and it would be technically feasible to send someone there – we’ve sent robots! The problem is it would be really, really expensive and a lot of people would probably prefer to see the money spent on Earth.

so far earth is the only planet that has the right conditions for us to survive (without a lot of expensive equipment). maybe in other universe there’s another planet that has a similar atmospheric composition and water…but its just getting there thats the first problem:-)
