I assume you mean in terms of ethics.

I think honesty, generosity (when appropriate), the avoidance of unnecessary physical or emotional pain to others and where possible to animals, responsible use of resources (like plastics/fossil fuels and uranium) and supporting friends and family are my values. I also like to think that the work i does has a chance of making the world a better place, even if that chance is slim i would rather be part of the solution than the problem.

My values are to respect other people, be tolerant and treat others how you’d want to be treated. I like to help people out whenever I can. I am not religious though, if that’s what you were getting at – I choose how I want to be a good person I guess.

Truth – I think the truth is really important, because whatever else you value you will be more likely to get it if you have reliable information.
Fairness and human rights would be my other two.

I guess i would go by my granddad’s maxim: ‘ if its not possible for you to do somebody good – then do them no harm’. My other main value is that i would really like to have a positive impact on the environment – ie do no net damage.
