0 Question: Did you alway want to do this for a living? Asked by emmamarie to Louise, Michaela, Sian, Steve, Yvette on 14 Jun 2010 in Categories: About. This question was also asked by chriskhoo.
Michaela Livingstone answered on 14 Jun 2010:
From the age of 14, yes, but before that I wanted to be all sorts. People sometimes take longer to decide, I guess I was lucky.
Steven Kiddle answered on 14 Jun 2010:
No, but i’ve never really thought that far ahead. I just found myself doing it and enjoyed it.
Louise Johnson answered on 14 Jun 2010:
As soon as I realised it was possible, it sounded great! I did consider other careers but even then they were mostly science-related like chemical engineering (which I liked the sound of for a while, because it’s fairly secure and highly-paid).
Yvette Wilson answered on 14 Jun 2010:
I only realised at around 17 or 18 that I could do this for a living. Since then, yes.
Sian Harding answered on 14 Jun 2010:
Yes, and I rememeber how overjoyed I was when I realised that I would be able to. Pay is pretty good for me now, more than an MP
